The BRU CAPO Company is a registered agent for LLC formation in a non-state tax territory, exempting our clients from perpetual annual state tax fees in applicable home territories.
From concept to entity formation BRU CAPO establishes an LLC, trademark registration, website development and social media platforms. Marketing and branding is available with this option. Business services range from $1,500 (LLC formation) to $4,500 (including website/marketing options). LLC formation includes state registration, tax and business license fees. BRU CAPO Marketing also offers placement and endorsements on and by selective social media personality and influencer platforms.
BRU CAPO Marketing fee is determined by a combinative metric including: cost or nature of client service or product, target group, number and form of media sites/personalities contracted, number of subscribers for selected media marketing campaign and time frame for which campaign is to be conducted.

BRU CAPO basic website development includes a landing page, dedicated domain email, free quarterly updates and hosting, ranging in cost of $2,000-$4,500, which includes brand graphic design options, product payment field and term of hosting contract beginning at one year.
Media Production
BRU CAPO Media Production is the dedicated producer of all Peter Mack Presents book trailers, apparel commercials, videos, short & feature length films.
BRU CAPO Media is also the production home of Peter Mack Presents shows, the Nuru Massage Dating Game, and Speak On It w/ Peter Mack, which appears on the Peter Mack Presents YouTube channel.
BRU CAPO Media offers video and commercial production options to our business development, marketing, publishing and talent management clients. Productions costs are determined by length, location and talent required to satisfy vision of the client. Video and commercial production are placed on all BRU CAPO and Peter Mack Presents social media and streaming platforms.

option includes promotion on all BRU CAPO and Peter Mack Presents Marketing platforms. Also included are promotional bookmarks, flyers and a minimum of three scheduled radio interviews and social media book clubs (250+) invitations for review of book.
Platinum Tier
option includes 30 days of promotion in over 250 book groups, 10 free paper back copies and production of a video book trailer. This option includes Base and Gold Tier options.
